Grow Green Awards 2012

Send us your nominations now!

We are delighted to announce that nominations are now open for the Grow Green Awards 2012.  Following the success of the very first Grow Green with Glasgow's East End Awards in March 2011 we have expanded to cover both the North East and the East End of Glasgow.

Do you know someone who is passionate about making the North East or East End of Glasgow a greener place to live? Then we want to hear from you!  Awards are open to individuals, groups, schools, and local businesses that are making a real difference; whether they are getting people out on their bikes, growing their own food or even setting up a community composting scheme.

You will find the nomination form attached which includes further information about how to nominate someone for an award.  Please feel free to pass this on to anyone who you think might be interested or who might like to nominate someone.  Please also refer to our website for further information: http://www.playbusters.org.uk/articles/article.php?articleID=140

Awards will be for the following six categories and there will also be an overall Grow Green Award presented at the end of the night.
