For those that don't know the walled garden in Bellahouston park, now may be the time to discover it. Lying just alongside the dry ski slope, it contains several plots, one of which GAF is now responsible for.
I'll be updating whats going on at the GAF plot regularly, just now its home to a large polytunnel and some recently marked out beds. There will be a selection of crops grown, like all plots there will be various veg plus some fruit bushes. In addition to the normal bed layout there is also some metre wide raised beds, handy for anyone not quite so flexible. The site will be home to regular talks and demonstrations for GAF members and will need some volunteers to maintain the plots in good condition. So if you want to help out then get in contact
